We accept credit card payments via PayPal! Please don't email us a credit card number with your order. Personal, business or bank checks and money orders, (or cash, if you see us at an airshow or fly-in!) are other payment mechanisms we can accept; contact us first.
Most items can be purchased on-line using PayPal. There will be a "Add To Cart" button for these items. Using PayPal, you can use a credit card or a bank account. We email most software items within minutes after your payment has been completed by PayPal.
The toll-free number works in Alaska and Hawaii. Note we don't DO NOT have the so-called "Alaska tax," where you are made to pay extra shipping charges to Alaska for no apparent reason; as with any order, we charge for shipping exactly what we are charged by the carrier (which is normally USPS). Of course, software items are sent to you immediately so there is no shipping charges for software items.
The toll-free phone number works in Canada. We require payment in U.S. dollars, we have received payment in a variety of ways including US dollar accounts on Canadian banks, banks checks in US dollars, some money orders, and US dollar accounts from a US bank account. Using PayPal is the easiest way, since it handles the currency conversion for you automatically.
International customers please email us first for instructions if you are ordering non-software items such as books that require shipping. We require payment in advance on international orders. We normally use PayPal, or occasionally bank checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank (many large foreign banks maintain branches in the US for just such purposes, check with your bank). Be sure to tell us what city and country you are mailing to, so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote. We charge for shipping exactly what the carrier charges us, but as you know this can sometimes be a fairly high charge. You can often get a better shipping rate if you are willing to wait for surface mail; we've also had some success with Global Priority Mail for smaller packages, which has a generally low rate.
